We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Research Scientist specializing in Machine Learning to join our collaborative team. This role involves conducting groundbreaking research, developing novel algorithms, and contributing to the creation of next-generation AI solutions that address complex real-world challenges. You will work on projects spanning natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.

Your core responsibilities will include designing and implementing advanced machine learning models, performing rigorous experimentation, and analyzing results to drive innovation. You will publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and contribute to patent applications. Collaboration with other scientists, engineers, and product teams is essential to translate research outcomes into practical applications. You will also mentor junior researchers and contribute to the overall research strategy. A strong publication record and experience in leading research projects are highly desirable. Expertise in one or more of the following areas is expected: deep neural networks, probabilistic graphical models, Bayesian methods, or transfer learning. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research experience or equivalent industry experience. Demonstrated success in conducting independent research and a portfolio of impactful publications are critical. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required to effectively articulate complex research concepts. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote work with periodic in-office collaboration in **Provo, Utah, US**.
