Key Responsibilities: Conduct original research in artificial intelligence and machine learning areas. Develop and implement novel algorithms and models for various AI applications. Design and execute experiments to validate research hypotheses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Stay abreast of the latest research trends and advancements in the AI/ML field. Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at leading conferences. Develop and maintain code for AI/ML models and experiments. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patents and publications. Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI/ML best practices. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of research in AI/ML, evidenced by publications, patents, or open-source contributions. Expertise in one or more core areas of AI/ML (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning). Strong programming skills in languages like Python, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and experimental design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts. Ability to work independently and manage research projects in a remote environment.
