Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental and applied research in machine learning, deep learning, and related AI fields. Develop, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms and models for various AI applications. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate research findings. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify patterns relevant to AI development. Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems. Stay at the forefront of AI research by continuously reviewing literature and attending conferences. Contribute to the intellectual property of the company through patents and publications. Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and learning. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of research experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Strong publication record in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) or journals. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML research, such as Python or C++. Extensive experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling. Experience with distributed computing and big data technologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, international team. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and drive projects from conception to completion.
