Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI systems. Mentor and guide junior research scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative research environment. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning through continuous learning and engagement with the research community. Contribute to the strategic direction of AI research initiatives within the organization. Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code for research experiments and models. Present research findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities for intellectual property generation and contribute to patent applications.
