AI Research Scientist, Machine Learning

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, coupled with a strong publication record and hands-on experience in developing and deploying advanced ML models. You will be instrumental in researching, designing, and implementing state-of-the-art AI systems that address complex real-world challenges.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research into cutting-edge ML techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You will develop and prototype new AI algorithms, evaluate their performance, and contribute to their integration into production systems. This role involves extensive collaboration with other researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research findings into tangible products and services. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of research and development experience in AI/ML, demonstrated through publications in top-tier conferences/journals or significant industry contributions. Proven expertise in one or more areas of machine learning (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning). Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
