Our client is at the forefront of innovation and is seeking a brilliant AI Research Scientist specializing in Machine Learning to join their pioneering team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is based out of Baltimore, Maryland, US , but allows for remote work across the country. You will be instrumental in advancing the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing novel machine learning algorithms and models. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research into areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics. Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Develop and implement novel ML algorithms and models. Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models. Design and execute rigorous experiments to validate research hypotheses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and publish findings. Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code in Python. Contribute to the intellectual property and publications of the research team. Present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI/ML techniques. Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of research experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence. Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models. Expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
