Key Responsibilities: Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other relevant AI fields. Design, develop, and implement novel AI algorithms and models to solve complex real-world problems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate research findings into practical applications. Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals. Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code for AI models and experiments. Evaluate the performance of AI models, identify limitations, and propose improvements. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patent applications and publications. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise. Participate in research proposal development and grant writing. Design and execute rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and test new approaches. Explore and apply advanced statistical techniques and mathematical principles to AI challenges. Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI research roadmap. Build and train complex neural networks and other machine learning systems. Ensure the scalability and efficiency of developed AI solutions. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of significant contributions to AI research, demonstrated through publications in leading conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) and journals. Deep expertise in one or more areas of AI, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative models, NLP, or computer vision. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and algorithm design. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote research environment. Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is a plus. A proactive mindset and a passion for scientific discovery. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute novel research ideas.
