Front-End Engineers Experienced With AI Tools (Paid 30 Minute Interview)

Role Description

This is a paid, 30 minute interview for Front-End Engineers and developers who have extensive, hands-on experience using Codex, Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt for front-end engineering tasks. This is focused on understanding how experienced front end engineers use Codex in real-world front-end workflows, especially limitations and pain points.

You must be a U.S. resident to be eligible.

Qualifications

• Front-end engineers or developers (any seniority, but strong practical experience required)
• Extensive experience using Open AI Codex, Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt for front-end development tasks
• Comfortable discussing real examples of how AI Tools are used in day-to-day work
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
