Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate realistic media and publishing scenarios to test AI reasoning and creative problem-solving
• Write clear, structured explanations covering production planning, directing, editing, and creative collaboration
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, storytelling quality, and alignment with media production standards
• Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of information workflows and creative communication

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or in a comparable creative role within film, television, or digital media
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field
• Strong English communication and reasoning skills
• Ability to articulate creative and technical processes clearly using structured explanations
