Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies
• Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics
• Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists

Skills

• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising)
• Proven track record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure
• Excellent written communication
• CFA (any level)
• CA/CPA
• MBA in Finance
