They are seeking a motivated Technical Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by engaging with potential customers and providing tailored solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, conducting warm calls, and maintaining customer relationships to close sales effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals for customers
  • Follow up with Clients on proposals
  • Ability to meet and exceed customers requirements and timelines
  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Utilize technology sales techniques to present product offerings effectively
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions

Skills

  • Good appetite to strive in a fast paced environment to meet transactional timelines
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Good presentation skills
  • Transactional Expertise with a focus on strategy
  • Quickly being able to align with management goals and strategy
  • Ability to commute to Livermore, CA 94551 (Required)
  • Technical Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with technology products or services is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is often preferred
  • Ability to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
