The consultant needs to have 5+ years of experience as a AI product manager with a proven track record of taking products from inception to production. They should have grown progressively from a BA (3 years as a BA) into a product manager role. This role will create the product roadmap, document business requirements, explain the details to developers, coordinate with C level and other executives, hold program progress meetings. 1 or 2 years of AI related product experience would be very beneficial. Experience implementing voice AI capabilities, Agentic AI capabilities, and Gen AI capabilities would be ideal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a BA working with the business and technology teams
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience working as a Product Manager with some AI related product experience
• Aptitude to think like a business owner
• Demonstrated experience as the liaison between the business and IT development team
• Experience writing Business requirements and translating them into technical requirements for developers
• Excellent documentation skills with good organization skills
• Experience in working on projects with Agile life cycle management. Should have experience in JIRA, Microsoft ADO etc., Understanding of various Software Development Lifecycle methodologies would be an advantage
• Experience in Finance industry as a BA and a Product Manager a plus
• Experience with testing tools and UAT required with experience writing test scripts and executing them
• Familiarity of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
• Ability to learn quickly, think critically and challenge the business and IT to improve overall quality of the deliverables.
