Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Lynn Rodens
is seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to define and lead our enterprise AI strategy at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, data, and innovation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming semiconductor assembly and test operations through applied machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) solutions that deliver measurable business results.
In this role, you will shape and execute a forward-looking AI roadmap aligned with company's operational, quality, and yield objectives. You will lead the development and deployment of AI solutions across predictive maintenance, defect detection, process optimization, and yield improvement—scaling models from proof-of-concept to production across complex, data-rich manufacturing environments.
You will partner closely with data engineering, operations, manufacturing engineering, and IT teams to build and leverage unified data platforms that enable AI at scale. A strong understanding of modern data integration frameworks—such as Microsoft Fabric or comparable platforms—will allow you to accelerate insight generation and operational adoption. You will also evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their practical application within high-volume, high-precision factory settings.
As a people leader, you will recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class AI organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating advanced technical concepts into clear business value and driving alignment across stakeholders.
