Head of Artificial Intelligence ( Urgent hiring, Executive Level, 12yrs++)

My client, a global Fintech firm, is seeking a seasonal and visionary AI leader as Head of AI, group level to architect and execute the next-generation artificial intelligence strategy and direction at a group level.

• Location: Open but preferable in Asia ( Singapore /Hongkong)
• Work with world-class talent from top universities and leading tech firms.
• Open to candidates from top Web3 or technology firms.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English to liaise effectively with the global leadership team.

Responsibilities

From user growth to compliance, you'll own the lifecycle of the core AI systems. Your work will directly enable and accelerate the global expansion.

What you’ll do

• Leadership and Team building: Manage a team of up to 40 ( Including Directors, Principal AI Engineers etc) and continue expanding the team globally.
• Group level AI strategy & vision builder.
• Lead the AI innovation, Research and business adaptation across all business lines.
• Global partnership and Representation at AI summit /Patents/Publication etc...

What we’re looking for

• 12++ years in AI/ML across research, product, or platforms at top tech/web3 firms
• Deep expertise in: LLMs & Generative AI, Deep/Reinforcement Learning, Multimodal & NLP systems, and applied AI (Recommendation, Risk, KYC)
• Global leadership experience with multicultural teams
• Proven success turning AI innovation into business impact.
• Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D. preferred) in CS, AI, or ML

The target total compensation range for this role is $700,000 - $900,000 per year, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills and qualifications.
