Role: AI Tech Lead

Location – NYC, NY

Mode- Fulltime

Responsibility

• Provide technical leadership to both U.S. and offshore engineering teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution. Act as the technical liaison between U.S. leadership, Product Owners, offshore delivery teams, and key business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary technical leader for AI initiatives, owning architecture decisions, solution design, and technical delivery.
• Lead development of AI agents, tool orchestration workflows, and LLM-powered automation systems.
• Ensure AI features are seamlessly embedded into the Wealth Books platform and related content workflows.

Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in AI/ML and LLM-based development.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead,
• Hands-on expertise with MCP server frameworks, AI agent-building and modern UX practices.
• Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, internal AI gateways)
• Strong proficiency in Python, AI frameworks ( LangChain)
• Deep understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
