Artificial Intelligence Developer

They are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, implement, and optimize AI models and applications, focusing on developing software solutions and working with neural networks and natural language processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-Powered Features: Develop and implement intelligent routing, triage prioritization, and notification workflows using contextual data such as user identity, location, and service type.
• Integration Development: Create scalable APIs and integration hooks with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems to support routing logic and closed-loop communication.
• Collaborate on Architecture: Partner with the AI Consultant and enterprise architects to align with scalable AI/ML architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
• DevOps Understanding: Deployment / MLOps pipelines experience.
• Prototype to MVP: Translate proof-of-concept designs and validated workflows into production-ready solutions, delivering iteratively in alignment with phased deployment.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct controlled pilot testing, analyze performance data, and optimize algorithms for reliability, latency, and usability.
• Documentation & Handoff: Produce lightweight technical documentation and handoff materials to IT and operational support teams for long-term sustainability.

Skills

• Proficiency in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and experience in Software Development
• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and its application to problem-solving
• Strong understanding of API integrations, particularly with Microsoft Teams and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python is beneficial
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions is an advantage
