Comp: ~$140K base + 10% bonus

Location: Fully remote

Join a team building an AI program from the ground up. You’ll lead the design and development of AI prototypes, LLM-powered solutions, and backend frameworks that support new product capabilities and engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Highlights

• Lead AI/LLM POCs, prototypes, and solution frameworks.
• Build backend systems supporting AI workloads (APIs, microservices, cloud).
• Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business to define high-impact AI use cases.
• Implement AI-assisted engineering tools and best practices.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI/ML techniques.

What You Need

• 8+ years of software development (Java or .NET preferred).
• 2+ years building applications with LLMs or GenAI frameworks.
• Experience with high-scale SaaS, ML/LLM integration, and model performance evaluation.
• Strong backend engineering skills (REST APIs, microservices, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
