Job Description - The work: As a Principal Director in Artificial Intelligence and Data, you will have a 100% focus on client advisory and project delivery.
- People You have experience leading and managing a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and other AI professionals. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Process You gained deep knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks and have the ability to oversee projects from inception to delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Technology You have a strong understanding of the field of Artificial intelligence, for example in the fields of LLM, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents and natural language processing technologies. You know the benefits of each and can also explain differences between the many available platforms.

Qualifications - Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience of the following:
- External consulting or equivalent number of years of experience in internal consulting roles within industry, with experience applying Data & AI to address real business challenges.
- Thought Leader - You have a clear vision on AI and Data, what direction the capability will move towards and are able to share this vision to both your colleagues and our clients.
- Business Translator You are able to identify and build a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.
- AI Agentic Transformation You have experience with setting up current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint in the Data & AI landscape.
- You are an expert in the following technologies: programming/scripting languages like Python, R, and SQL
- You are familiar with big data tools like Spark, PySpark
Minimum of 4 years of experience of the following:
- Knowledge of LLM
- Knowledge of Bayesian networks and decision trees
- Knowledge of Azure Open AI Services
- Familiar with Microsoft AI and Data Stack and 3rd party technologies: Databricks. Snowflake
